Severely damaged and dirty and had holes
came severely damaged - holes in fabric and dirty as though its been used. Called storkcraft and they said its out of their hands and to call target. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with target to be told that I need to bring it back to the store- I’m 3 weeks away from giving birth and cannot bring this to the store. They should either refund the full item or send a delivery service to take it back. So disappointing

Not comfortable
I returned this chair as soon as I got it. It is basically two pillows that are your back rest and the bottom of the chair. It is not comfortable and would not be good to sit in for long periods of time.

One of those moments were I would give zero stars if I could. If you want a quality chair that you’re actually going to use in your nursery this is not it. It is terrible. So uncomfortable as the bottom cushion has no support. The foot rest is difficult to put up and down and is soo loud! Not realistic to use while holding your baby. The back rest will not stay reclined when we try to lay in it. It takes a lot of pressure to keep it down. I tried returning to target after we used it a couple times but they sent me directly to the company due to the warranty offered and being past 90 days. Which is frustrating with a large purchase for baby’s arrival because it’s typically purchased far before baby arrives and you actually use it. The company basically said they wouldn’t do anything because the chair wasn’t defective but told me to purchase their more expensive model to get what I want. They said target is responsible. Such terrible quality for the price why would I spend more money with this company. Very disappointed. I don’t write reviews but this chair has been horribly frustrating with our new baby and being postpartum.

Good from a far but far from good
Chair looks good in the beginning, maybe for about 2 months, then the cushions flatten and it is extremely uncomfortable. Chair squeaks like crazy and has developed a strange “clunk” sound when rocking despite greasing it. The springs on the leg rest are very tight. It shuts so hard and is so loud it will wake the baby up. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to get a nicer chair.

Came broken
We got this item and immediately noticed the reclining option does not work. The lever is pulled and does not release the foot rest. Secondly this is a very small recliner . Do not recommend!

Awful Nursery Chair
Wish I would have read all the reviews. First, does not stay reclined and foot rest does not close easily making it hard with a newborn/infant. Second, the right arm of the chair broke when attempting to recline the chair because of how difficult it is to recline/stay reclined. Not much force was used at all. Was a perfect size for our smaller nursery but STAY AWAY. There is no positives to this chair other than its size.

Very happy with this chair. It’s comfortable, looks great in our room and is very functional. Whether sitting upright, reclined, or with the foot rest extended, it’s a great spot to sit and feed our baby. The charging port makes it convenient to charge a cell phone or pump while sitting in the chair. We have been using it for about a month now and couldn’t be happier.

Doesn't look anything like the picture, cushions are no where near as fluffed. Fabric pills easily and picks up the color of whatever you are wearing. Only three months in and the recliner is already garbage. Oil from under the seat gets everywhere also.

Pretty but ultimately not for me
It’s a pretty chair but ultimately decided to return it. Not a ton of support, especially lumbar and as others mentioned the arms are really thin. I couldn’t see myself getting cozy in this chair.
