awesome serice, but if you want it pucked up soon, book it early. it takes about a week to get picked up.

No truck no problem
The whole process was quick and easy. Definitely recommend for anyone with that needs to get rid of material and doesn’t have access to a truck.

Tough to estimate bags are at weight limit
Worked very well, quicker and easier to fill than a dumpster, its nerve wracking to decide when the bagster has reached ut weught limit, i was worried it would be above the weight limit as we were getting rid of a big concrete and brick fireplace and could not easily estimate the weight so ended up using 3 bags, which cost almost as much as a dumpster,, as above worried that the pickup guy wouldnt take the bags, but he was here and gone in a couple minutes, no problemo, do the pickup guys know how much the bag weighs? I would use it again maybe not for concrete blocks and bricks

Very satisfied
Easy and quick. The website was easy to use. My only complaint is that there was a bag of trash that fell out of the bagster along with a 4 foot length of wood board. Because there are no rigid sides, trash can fall out easily. They just left the trash in the drive way. Would have nice to go the extra step and not leave any trash behind.

Overdue pick-up
The bag hasn’t been picked up in the promised 5 day timeframe. Neighbors are tired of looking at it.

Excellent Project Waste Removal
2 baddest baggsters helped in my demo of a small kitchen and had room for the waste from the remodeling. Good choice when a dumpster is too big or much for what you need.

Slow service
The product itself is really nice and very convenient. The pickup service is very slow. I scheduled a pickup on a Tuesday and it didn't get pickup for 7 business days later

Great concept!
This was my first time using the Baxter. What a great way to get rid of the junk in your house. We filled it up as much as we could and a truck came and picked it up days later. So easy!

Great Option
Great option to dispose of bulk trash. Had remodeling debris and this saved me the time of needing to rent a truck to take to the dump.

Zero communication and accountability
We’re at 2 weeks of the bagster sitting in my driveway now, even know it says pick up in 5 days or less. I have had to call 3 times now, each time getting an apology and a pick up date… no shows, every-time. Zero communication that they cannot make it. They literally do not tell you anything. Talked to a supervisor this last time and said it will finally be picked up Friday (today). It’s 730pm… guess what’s still sitting in the driveway. Unreal the lack of communication and accountability. Will not use again.
