    3.5 STARS okay but not good

    PROS: Super pretty and definitely elevates the room. CONS: For the pricepoint, the purchase is not justified. The rug feels really cheap and is not spillproof, nor washable nor handmade. While all the other rugs you see on here are and at the same price or less expensive. When they "recommend" a anti-slip mat they mean "necessary" or "required" because it definitely slips around like crazy even at 10x7 size and with couch on top. For as light as it is, and it was folded in half. I don't feel like the sides will flatten out. And the middle where it was folded is really crinkly. Hoping that with time it does.

    Beautiful rugs

    Awful smell that won’t go away after a month!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are not pleased at all. This rugs smells awful. A chemical nasty smell. The quality is not impressive either. We’ve aired it out and waited a month, but the smell persists and is incredibly strong. We can’t even enjoy sitting in that room anymore. I am hopeful the company will assist me with a return. It is not livable. I have purchased other rugs from this company without any issue.

    I love it!

    The colors were a bit more subtle than I expected and the background is more white than cream.     Sizing WAY Off

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have ordered rugs from this website before and had a decent outcome. This time was very disappointing. I had already undone my family room in order to place this new rug. It says 9x12 on the tag but it actually measures 11'8"x8'6"....off by 1/2 foot on one side!! It does not look right but I was already exhausted with rearranging the whole room. Additionally, I have the same rug in another room and the color looks like the website but the one I received this time looks much darker than pictured.
