I purchased two of these to put on either side of my sofa. The first one I assembled looks great and works with no issues. The second one works, but the lamp shade is broken. One of the three cross braces inside the shade is not attached to the top edge of the shade, so the shade sits crooked and looks cheap. Can I please get a replacement shade? The shades are not a standard size, so if I cannot get a replacement, I will have to buy two matching shades elsewhere.

Touchy switch. Sometimes it won’t turn off. The switch will turn around and around. Then the next day it works. I have had it for a month. I don’t want to return it because I’m too busy but for this price I wouldn’t expect this issue.

I was originally looking for one of those arching lamps that is very "on trend" but decided that I needed something simpler for a small space. This style felt like a nice inbetween of modern and traditional. The lamp was also very easy to put together and I like the weighted bottom.

Really nice quality and arrived fast. Easy to put together and no damage. Off white linen shade looks great in my room. Base is heavy and sturdy, I’ve got little kids so I was worried about it being tipped over. Height is adjustable as is the angle of the shade. Very please with my purchase!

I ordered two of these - one was missing a part so I never fully assembled, but the arm holding the shade on the one I did assemble slanted downwards, even when fully tightened. Seems the design isn't strong enough to hold the shade. I'll be returning both.

I am so pleased with this floor lamp. Height is great for reading and lighting up area. Easy to put together and base is sturdy. It’s neither too big or too small. Lamp shade is neutral and of good quality. Am pleased with price and quality of this lamp.

This was well packaged to ship with no damage at all. The packaging had styrofoam which was a bit messy. The lamp is sturdy and was easy to put together. The one problem is the switch is very touchy and flickers. It makes me think it will not last with repetitive use which is a bummer; in every other way this lamp is good quality. It came with so much messy packaging and after putting it all together I am not sure it’s worth dissembling it and returning it, but I am considering that. There doesn’t seem to be a way to tighten or fix the turn-style switch; you can lightly touch it to cause flickering but it will stay on; I am just concerned it will break in no time at all. The base is really heavy and the lamp seems perfectly straight. Just so bummed about the switch flickering and if not for that, I’d give it 5 stars.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. The lamp pictured isn’t the lamp they send. I specifically bought this lamp because the pole was off center on the base so it could fit in my space. The pole is actually centered on the base. The top piece that extends upward tips forward if you try to extend it. It’s already flickering after just a few minutes. It came dented with the paint chipping. DO NOT BUY!
