If I could give it a zero star, I would 100% give it a zero star the tree in the picture in the tree that you receive are not even the same tree… It is absolutely horrible especially for the price point. So many bald spots and honestly if a crackhead was a tree, this would be it. I’ve tried different ways to decorate this thing even using the biggest balls I have I can’t even cover it

It looks beautiful in a picture but as is it's not the same and this is not my first time again I got it last year to half of the lights are not working so I don't know what I'm going on before your trees was excellent. By last few years they got worse.
