Q: I bought this tree. Seemed perfect, then plugged in. 20+ bulbs won’t light. It’s rly bad because theyre all in the same area. Don’t have the time to return it & get a new one. I tried replacing bulbs, but it did not work. Why? Using target 2.5v .1amp bulb

A: Hello Rita, Flocking powder is not toxic, however, it's best to assemble this tree outside or on a disposable surface for easy cleanup. Keep out of reach of children and pets if possible. Avoid contact with the face, eyes, and mouth. Wash affected areas thoroughly in case of accidental exposure.

A: Hello, if your particular tree has the light controller located on the plug outlet it won't have foot switch. BCP uses the same manual for a variety of trees as they are similar in construction.

Don't buy
The snow spreads everywhere: on clothes, furniture, carpet. The manufacturer even says keep it away from face, eyes, mouth. I have to vacuum it off everything, including the tree. Hazardous mat8!

This tree is beautiful. Bought the 6 ft tree and was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it is. The flocking is perfect and makes the tree look nice and full. It does shed the “snow” while setting up, but not too bad. Had a few different settings for the lights. We like the twinkle.

I have checked to make sure all the lights work, and they do. Every year we in the garden club donate a decorated tree to Anne's Place (hospice) for their big fund raiser. The trees from BCP are terrific. We ordered flocked because our theme is 'Silent Night in the Woods' & will be decorated with flocked pinecones, doves, cardinals, red berries, snowflakes & icicles.

Okay… once I finally received the tree with all the pieces, I fell in love with it. The first two tries were a bust so beware of missing parts. The tree is fluffy once you take time to spread the branches. There is some shedding from the fake snow, but that is expected.

Wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased! Live and learn. After the first year half of the tree won’t light up. This sounds like a common problem and really they should be replacing them for everyone for how much we spent. What a pain and waste of money. Super disappointed. I won’t be buying a product from best choice again.
