Stopped Working
Very cute concept but one of the tripod legs keeps falling out. Christmas gift but by February it no longer turns on. Tried changing out the batteries and still doesn't work.

Worked only for a day
Worked great for a day. Got this for my 4 year old for Christmas and she loves it. Now it won't turn on. Changes the batteries multiple times. Very disappointed.

I'd buy this again but it only worked for 1 day
Santa brought this for my son. It worked on Christmas Day but today (12/26) it does not work. Changed batteries and put tripod back on and it does not work. Very disappointing.

Doesn't work out of the box
The camera won't work out of the box. Ordered a second one, thinking first was defective, but the second one also wouldn't start. Using brand new batteries and tried multiple batteries but no luck.

Stopped working
This product stopped working after a few months. Replaced the batteries, but still will not turn on.

Not worth it.
Worked well for ahi ur a month and now will not work at all. I changed batteries and nothing.

Worked great until it didn't
My 4 year old got it for Christmas and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, 7 months later and now the pictures will not come on. He still has sound but it is a black screen with no images. The batteries have been changed and that isn't the problem. Every now and then a brief image will appear faintly and then fade to black. For the cost, it should definitely be higher quality. I'm bummed.

Do not buy this product
Only has 5 regions to learn about the same 5 animals. I went to listen to the camera a week later. Already dead even with new batteries. I'm so upset this is too expensive to have this problem with. I would never have bought it but I was desperate for entertainment. Definitely not made well. I wish I could return somewhere.

Great toy for kids that includes learning!

This interactive geo safari camera is so awesome and totally different than the usual stuff I buy my kids. They love this camera and literally play with it every day.

Plays with for hours!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The day we received this my son preceded to play with it for hours non stop. He loved being able to see all the pictures and learn the facts. He kept sharing all of them with me and giggled playing for a while. The only thing that I wish would change is that it has to be on the tripod to work on the learning screens which when my son wanted to play with it in bed it was hard to get comfortable. I do also see how that is a safety feature so that kids don't walk around learning and run into things or out into traffic. We love this so much and continue to play with it and learn. The quizzes are great and it is just all around an excellent educational tool.

The feature where you turn the lense and can view through it regularly is what my kid's love most they have huge imagination's.

Neat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cool concept. It's an interactive camera that teaches kids about different animals and where they live. The camera only works if on the tripod and you must have your whole face to camera to watch the videos (like looking through binoculars) my child bumped it off the table and a tab from the tripod broke off and the camera only works if that tab is in the camera.

GeoSafari Jr. Talking Camera
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was excited to try this out and at first she only played with it for about 10 minutes because it takes some time to learn the functions of the camera. She thought it was cool, but didn't use it for long. A week later, I saw her pick it up and use it for a good 30 minutes, going through questions, quizzes, and animal pictures. She said it was super fun! My daughter is 7, so she's at the upper age limit for the toy, and I'm not sure how well a younger child would do with this toy. The questions aren't difficult and the pictures are beautiful. The camera itself is colorful and seems durable. I would recommend this to families that love animals, zoos, and wildlife.

Geosafari Jr. Review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 2 yr old girl and a 7 yr old girl. For my younger daughter it was exciting for a couple minutes and my older daughter was able to enjoy it much more as it was educational and fun to pick different areas to explore. The downside to the product is that it has to be connected to the tripod in order to work which makes it less comfortable.

Fun and educational

So much fun animal knowledge!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 6 year old had a lot of fun learning about new to her animals! The descriptions kept her engaged until the batteries died. I heard her telling her dad some facts about sloths that she had learned from this. I think it's a great tool for engaging and learning about animals. Biggest downside would be battery life and that this might not be something she comes back to many times.
