    Target can't manage to send me the item i ordered.

    I ordered a 12" gazing ball as a gift. A 10" ball arrived, Target said they would replace the item. i received a second 10" ball. Then they sent a return label that doesnt load "sorry, something went wrong" now i have to drive to a target to return it and still have no gift...

    Looks great but size is not as ordered

    gazing ball is everything i could want. it fits perfectly on the pedestal i bought it for. my only complaint is that the product was supposed to be 12" and it said right on the box that it was 10". i am keeping it because it looks great but target should change the size description.

I was disappointed in the condition at first(inside the box, the ball was coated with a dirty sticky film that had to be washed off), but once I gently washed it with soapy water and dried it, it was fine. The film obviously happened before it was put into the box, as the box was fine. Perhaps it was a chemical treatment of some kind, I am not sure. Other than that minor thing, the ball is lovely.
