Scale is everything I was looking for, but the fat % seems to be off. It is reading about 10% higher than other scales I have had.

Está súper bien que sincroniza con Garmin Connect pero no registra información de otras personas. A parte también no informa edad biológica, grasa visceral y algunos otros datos que se encuentra en otras básculas.

This scale was great for a while. After about a 9 months of use the scale only display weight in in "st" units. Will not stay on kg or lbs setting. Tried resetting, removing and replacing batteries, removing scale from Garmin connect and adding back. Same, only "st".
Needs updating

I bought this scale specifically to analyze body fat % (bf%) on my Garmin 265. I tried to enter it manually but couldn’t do so before I got the scale. Garmin Connect wouldn’t allow it. The only option was to buy the scale. I bought it hoping for an accurate bf%. The bf% was way off (by almost 10%). To correct the problem I had to take a measurement on other scales and manually enter it. Same with skeletal muscle mass. I would have hoped that a $ XXX.00 high end scale would have been more accurate without having to manually enter the data. I took measurements on different scales and the bf% registered +/-15%. Before I manually entered the bf%, the Index S2 Smart Scale put my bf% in the 20%+ range. Very disappointing.
Should be better for the price

I was very excited to receive this scale and see what it could do. After my first two weeks of using it, it started to give erratic readings. I would have to turn it on, take the first reading that was always 8-12 lbs off from the next and go into the app to delete the initial recording. After a couple weeks of not using it, it fixed itself and started to give an accurate reading right away. I use it at the same time every day now but I still don't trust the readings 100% ESPECIALLY the bone mass or water weight readings because those can just be hard to accurately record.
Nice but......

It's good but i was expecting it's own app or a separate area for the connect app that gives you some extra information. I had to hunt down where it was going to and it was in the weight area. But it's good

Smart scale functionality is good but the app experience isn’t as good as some standalone scales that I have had.

It is a grand scale! Setup was easy and using it is pretty much tap and go. Nice to have additional info to go with my Garmin watch stats.

Assuming you’re buying this scale for more than just weight checking and you’re somewhat active, the pairing of your Garmin watch with the scale leads to much more accurate measurements. Considering you can add Dexa fat percentage for scale calibration makes it a very good choice. I personally am very happy with the scale options and how it works.

Scale is off by quite a bit on body fat % and weight. I figured going into this the body fat% would be off but not the weight. Only reason I bought this is due to the garmin app recommending it for more accurate overall health stats. Do not buy this piece of junk. And do not like that Garmin basically makes you buy this to assist in heath data.
Just returned it…

Bought scale thinking it’d be great to have all stars in one place and hubs & I both love our Garmin watches. But the scale was terrible. I’m 5’2” and weigh less than 135 pounds. According to the scale my fat percentage is 60%! I looked up what someone my height would have to weigh to have that much fat and it was over 190 pounds!!! Keeping our cheapo WW scale that’s served us well for more than ten years. BMI and actual weight numbers were consistent between the two scales with exception that old scale said my fat percentage was less than 30. Garmin scale resulted in my fitness age being de real years older than I am. Considering I run 25 miles a week at a decent pace and recently to finished a half marathon in under 2:11, I strongly disagree with that assessment. Deleted the Garmin scale weight and manually put in my weight and my fitness age went back down to several years below my current age. Garmin, your watches are great! Your scale needs major improvement in accuracy for some categories. Plus switching users was cumbersome and slow. Old WW scale is much easier and quicker to use and has stood the test of time. We may try again when you upgrade your scale technology, but for now the scale has been reset to factory settings and returned to the store. It’s much too expensive for what it does, and the inaccuracies far too annoying to ever want to use it.

It says I’m 22.9% body fat. My abs are visible so this is highly unlikely.

i just took it out the box. set it up, updated the software. been standing still on it for 10 mins & will not stop at any weight reading. its shwoing wildly inaccurate weight, and goes back and forth over a range of about 30 lbs without ever confirming any reading
Okay, interface improvements from the old one.

Howver, switching between scales the body fat % is fluctuating by ~3 to 4%. And within the day it can be 2%, with same body weight. Bad, not what one would expect with "improved" sensors and software.
