Q: Hi, can I bleach this bath rug when I wash it?

  • A: Hi Freddy - Thank you for the inquiry. Bleach can remove stains and make your cotton colors brighter. However, Chlorine bleach weakens the cotton fibers, and so if they are thin/fine to begin with, they can develop holes. Recommended care & cleaning is Machine Wash, Tumble Dry. Fun design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really cute, we’ve had it a year and I’ve got two boys who come in with dirty shoes and feet and we wash it often but it looks great still! It doesn’t have a non-slip bottom if that is important to you, it doesn’t bother me, it isn’t super slippery or anything.

Doesnt hold up in the wash

It looked really cute until I had to wash it. After a gentle cycle and an air dry it looked awful. No amount of smoothing or trying to refluff it helped. I bought two thinking it may have just been a one off quality issue with the first rug but it happened with both.

Cute rug, but not suitable for washing machine. Kept getting off balance and wouldn’t finish a spin cycle due to the odd shape. The blue from the shark body also bled all over the white parts, leaving them light blue instead of white.

Most Adorable Rug Ever!!

I just got myself a new range of kitchen appliances, all of which are made in stainless steel, so everything is grey.
