A squirrel proof bird feeder that really works and looks great, too! This Birds Choice pole-mounted feeder has been tested and endorsed by The National Audubon Society. The 6" diameter seed tube is made from UV resistant polycarbonate. The feeding ports are cast aluminum and the perches are stainless steel. The metal top and squirrel baffle skirt feature a beautiful baked-enamel green finish. Also includes a multi-section steel pole for mounting. 1.2 gallon seed capacity - dispenses sunflower, peanuts or a blend. The squirrel-proof design stops pesky squirrels from getting to your bird feed. Complete feeder, squirrel baffle and pole kit (3 section pole, 5’8” total length).

Q: I just set this feeder up and the seed just pours out of the "ports" when a bird lands on the perch. I now have a LOT of seed on the ground. Does anyone know how to keep this from happening?

  • A: There should have been a clear plastic piece with legs inside of the tube. This is called the metering ring. It will help prevent the seed from pouring out of your ports. If this was missing please contact Birds Choice at 866-995-2473 and we can get one sent out to you.

    broke after 2 months

    Loved this until the entire bottom came apart after only 2 months. If I lift it off the pole the enitre contents will empty. It was wiggling so much on the pole. This is when I realized it was completely broken. This used to be an amazing product years ago.
