    I found the only supplements

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the only supplements that ACTUALLY raise my alarmingly low levels are the MegaFood ones. I don't have to guess which foods to eat to get Vitamin D, I can just pop one of their high quality vitamins and continue to eat my healthy low animal protein diet. Don't have to sit out in the sun and risk skin cancer either.

These may be more expensive but the saying 'you get what you pay for' holds true. This is a MUCH better product. I wish it was smaller but it's still manageable.

    I work from home and

    Very easy to take, no stomach upset whether taken with without food. Will know in about 6 months when I have my Vit D level checked if it works.
