ZWILLING Madura Plus Aluminum 12-inch Nonstick Stir Fry Pan

I absolutely love the looks and feel of this pan. I was so disappointed last night when I made my first stir fry on our new induction stove. The pan does heat up, but not to where you can get a good stir fry going (searing the meat, cooking the vegetables). I had to transfer to a different skillet, which worked well. Upon researching, I think the problem is that the bottom of the pan is only partially magnetic. There is a circle in the middle with the brand name, which is not magnetic. The pattern on the rest of the bottom has dots, so I'm guessing they are magnetic, but what's in between is not. My stovetop manual, under which type pans not to use, mentions pans that are partially magnetic on the bottom (and actually shows a picture of a bottom resembling the bottom of this pan). Unfortunately, I was so impressed with the appearance and feel of the pan that I threw away all the packaging before realizing this. The magnet stuck, so I thought it would be OK. Plus, I've already used the pan, so it's not returnable, according to the website. I guess I'll see if my daughter wants it.

This is one of the most useful pans I have in the kitchen. It's perfect for all stir fry's as well as steaming and deep frying. Try it for your steamed dumplings!! This pan will heat up quickly and stay at a consistent temperature throughout the cook time. Ample size for family meals. Love to use this for fried rice dishes. Non stick surface is incredible.

This is an exceptional Wok, designed and made in Italy. The shape is perfect for fast stir frying , steaming or deep frying. It's a durable , ultra non stick surface. The handle is smooth and comfortable to hold. No seasoning needed! Easy to use, and clean!

A great quality wok made from cold forged aluminum, a great heat conductor. This forging process also allows them to put more aluminum on the bottom to help heat conduction even more, plus around the rims making them more durable. The plastic handle stays cool to the touch and can go into oven up to 300 degrees. The non stick coating is extremely durable and super slick. Clean up is a breeze.

I really enjoy using this pan for stir fry and one skillet meals. Made in Italy, from cold forged aluminum this pan heats super fast, cooks evenly, browns nicely and is coated with a high quality, durable non-stick surface. Added bonus is the rivet free interior for a smooth finish and easy clean up.

Really like the size of this Zwilling Madura Plus 12" Wok. I use it to stirfry vegetables with a little sesame oil. It has a flat bottom so they cook evenly without hot spots nd retains heat because it's made of aluminum. Cleans easily with just soap and water and manufactured in italy.

This Madura wok is amazing. The pan is made from cold-forged aluminum, an excellent heat conductor. It heats heat up quickly, evenly and retains heat all the way through the cooking process. The Duraslide granite nonstick coating is 40 times more durable than traditional non stick coatings. Nothing sticks to this pan so go ahead and make stir fry honey glazed chicken, clean up will be a breeze.

I absolutely love the Italian made Madura collection. This five layer nonstick wok is built really well and really releases the food so easily. It has a great weight to it, and I love that the pan doesn’t have rivets. Very easy to clean, and also since it works on all cooktops, anybody can enjoy using this wok for all their stir fry needs.

There's not much to dislike about this Zwilling wok. The shape is actually extremely versatile for more than just stir fries and the nonstick construction is super durable. I like how scratch-resistant the cooking surface is and the weight on this wok is perfect for moving around. The handle is plenty sturdy and the whole thing is a piece of cake to clean!
