Q: Is the assembly hard?

  • A: Why are the arms of the chair gaffing and causes my arms to itch? Only used a few weeks last summer when this started to happen. Love the look and they are comfortable but fading quick on the arms and I really think the arms are defected because they’re already fading and they should not itch

Not good quality

I am not sure what material is used to make this item but it feels like fiberglass under your skin if you're not using a towel or a cushion. I end up sitting on it and getting extremely itchy legs that even showering feels like I can't get the itching to stop. I definitely would not recommend unless you plan on using cushions or towels every time you sit on them.

Great chair!

I am in awe of this chair! It's large and incharge, and sturdy. However, the packaging that it arrived in was less than desired. The screws and tools were all over in the box, spilled out of the baggy, and unfortunately, one of the screws was lost. Thankfully, I did not need it to build this chair. Additionally, when tightening one of the plastic screws, the top broke off. It seems to still be keeping the chair pieces together.

Sub par manufacturing

There is definitely a manufacturing problem with these chairs. The holes on the two rods are not drilled properly. It is impossible to get them to line up properly.
