Q: How on earth do you pull out the paper between the glass, and then place your photo between glass panes? I can't find any instructions, nor any obvious way to pull out the glass to separate the panes.

  • A: If you go to the product page where you purchased the frame and scroll down the the section "From the Manufacturer" and click on "show more" - there are step by step instructions on how to properly put in the picture into the frame. A few more details are "If you look closely at the back of the frame there is a "bumper" set in between the back of the frame and the glass. You have to remove the bumper in order to place your photo in the frame and then reinstall the bumper after you have inserted your photo for display. Hope this helps"

Hello there Sue - Thank you for your purchase and feedback. In order to remove the glass to insert your photo, you have to first remove the "bumpers" located between the glass and metal frame. The bumpers are easily removable and put back in place to hold glass once your photo is inserted. Please consider re-reviewing once you have tried the above. Thank you.

Looks good but...

Hello Vanilla - Thank you for your purchase and feedback. If you look closely at the back of the frame there is a "bumper" set in between the back of the frame and the glass.
