Love it
Ever since I started taking Evening Primrose, I just plain feel better. Not sure what the benefits are supposed to be, but my mental attitude is up and I feel happier as well as my energy and determination to stay on tasks and goals is better. Maybe it is just a placebo but I love it.

Nexplanon bleeding

Not of quality
I purchase this product on amazone, the quality was not good. im not sure what was on the soft gel, there was no smell, of any omega when I chew it to tast the product, the amount of primerose was so insignificant, it make me wonder what do they use. I took the bottle to my naturopath Doctor who smelled it, chewed on it and said the same thing "it ranside oil, not the real primerose" the primerose in it is very insignificant.

Horrific side effects
I used this product as suggested, but still after day 2 been experiencing horrible side effects! I started having horrible cramping in my entire mid section, nauseous , diarrhea, low blood pressure, dizziness, fast irregular heart rate, bloating, gassy, & headache. I have never taken anything and experienced side effects like this!

Excellent Quality
I've been taking this supplement for about 2 years. I started hoping it would help my hormonal, cystic acne and it has! It's been a huge relief to see clear skin and not feel those giant, pulsing bumps under the skin along my chin and jaw-line. Thank you for this product!
