    Vitamins to replicate Multi Pak

    This is one of the various vitamins that I purchased to replicate the MULTI-VITAMIN packs that were discontinued by Nature Made couple of years ago. I had been taking these vitamins throughout my military career and afterwards, they were great and they kept me healthy i believe!

    Number one for boosting energy

    The best b complex with vit C ever taken. Not only does it boosts my energy, gives me a glow on my skin throughout the day and keeps me full (not hungry after taking it which is great if you are trying to lose weight).

    If you want more energy take B-Complex with C

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nature Made has been my go to for a few years. I've been very happy with the effectiveness of the B-Complex. There is Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin and Pantothenic Acid all in one tablet. This vitamin is in caplet form with a smooth surface, no coating and easy to swallow and it's not giant. There are no artificial flavors, added preservatives or added colors and they are gluten free. These are now a staple in our home.

    My doc suggested I take more vitamins

I chose this b-complex because it’s with vitamin c. It does have a little smell to it but I didn’t mind. Taking this daily has made a pretty good change in me. I do like that it kinda helps with my energy levels. Would definitely get again

    Energy and immune support

I saw my doc for a checkup a few months ago and we got to talking about the b12 shot and if it might help. She recommended that I start taking a vitamin B6 supplement so I began looking at my options. The Nature Made B-Complex was appealing because it not only has Vitamin B6 but Vitamin C as well. I’ve been taking it daily for almost 2 months and have noticed an improvement in my energy level. I’m not as tired anymore and I believe it’s helped with my immune system. Some family members were recently sick and normally it passes through the entire household but I was able to avoid getting the sickness. I’m really happy with the results I’ve experienced and will continue to take this supplement daily.

    Nice Size Bottle

It is a 2 for one of good things for your body! It is amazing how the B helps convert food into cellular energy while the C is a strong anti oxident supporting your immune system!

I’ve only been taking this supplement for a short while (2 weeks) and haven’t noticed any real effects, marked improvements, significant benefits and/or major changes as of yet.

    Great for Everyday use
