Quit working

It’s very comfortable and good quality However it Has only been 16 months since I bought this blanket and it quit working. I haven’t done anything to it. For the price I would expect it to have lasted longer. I bought the same blanket for my friend with cancer in December ‘23. I’m praying his doesn’t quit too with him being so sick. Very disappointed.
