    Did not see or feel any changes

    I took the Apple Cider Vinegar pills for about 5 weeks. I cant taste or smell due to COVID Dec I gave a 3* because its middle ground/neutral. I don't like or dislike. 2021, I cannot testify to the smell or taste. I didn't feel any different or see any results they claim. I read many reviews where others had changes, I had hoped for me as well. I have used other Sports Research supplements some with no change and others with change. Maybe some just don't work with my body chemistry.

    Great supplement!

    I have used apple cider vinegar for years, especially the purest form with 'the mother' which is the healthiest and purest form. It had a tendency to give me awful acid reflux though because it is terribly acidic, even if you water it down or put it in tea like I did. It has so many health benefits and I love that I am able to take it in a pill form that doesn't upset my stomach. I highly recommend this!

It is so easy to take the pill that already has the cayenne pepper in the formula, so it saves time as well. It was also great for travel as I did not need to bring the apple cider with me on a business trip and got to stick to my diet.

    Nice supplement

    These Apple Cider Vinegar supplements are a nice alternative to regular Apple Cider Vinegar. I want the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar but without the gross taste of the vinegar. These go down smooth and are easy to swallow. I would recommend them.

    The Apple Cider Vinegar capsules from Sports Research are okay, very strong! Especially the cayenne pepper. The smell and taste are a bit much, even for a capsule version. I don't think I'd get them again. I have acid reflux issues and they weren't great for that.

    Feeling good!

    I’m not sure if it’s the vitamins but I’ve been taking these for the last few days and I’m feeling different. A lil peppier, my stomachs feels good. Looks like they’re made of good quality.

    These Apple Cider Vinegar capsules do not have a strong odor or taste. They are easy to take, effective and Leave no bad aftertaste. I highly recommend if you are looking for a quality vitamin.

    So far no issues.

    So far been using for a few weeks and I can say I had no issues or side effects so far. Can't tell it's working or not but can definitely taste the strong vinegar smell and taste when u put a few in your mouth. Just wish the pack I got included more then one month supply.
