This pill is pretty large, so if you are not someone who likes taking pills this is not for you. I don't have a problem swallowing them, they are supposed to be good for digestion so I have been trying them out. I am having a hard time with the ginger aftertaste that I am getting though.

These enzymes are super easy to take. The capsule is on the smaller side and easy to take. There’s not a nasty smell or taste. When taking these I took as instructed didn’t notice any major bloating or cramps.

I've been on a clean keto diet and one of the disadvantages was irregularity. I'd go days without a bowel movement and felt bloated and uncomfortable.
