This pill is pretty large, so if you are not someone who likes taking pills this is not for you. I don't have a problem swallowing them, they are supposed to be good for digestion so I have been trying them out. I am having a hard time with the ginger aftertaste that I am getting though.

These enzymes are super easy to take. The capsule is on the smaller side and easy to take. There’s not a nasty smell or taste. When taking these I took as instructed didn’t notice any major bloating or cramps.

I've been on a clean keto diet and one of the disadvantages was irregularity. I'd go days without a bowel movement and felt bloated and uncomfortable. After using this product for several days, I was more regular. I also like that there is ginger which really helps to settle stomach upset. Hopefully, my body will become more accustomed to this new lifestyle change but I'm so glad I found SR digestive enzymes to help!

Both my husband and I deal with some digestive problems. The digestive enzymes was great for us. The supplement was easy to swallow and did not have a bad taste or smell. It worked rather quickly to help us both feel up to snuff.

I got this a few weeks ago and have been pleased with my results. I initially got because I have digestion issues and reflux and was hoping for something to help. Because this was vegetable-based, I was even more sold. I’ve not had any issues with reflux since I started taking, which is really wonderful since I was experiencing. It so frequently prior. My stomach feels more settled and I feel better, too.

First of all I love that these supplements are gluten free and tested by a third party. I feel that makes it so much more trustworthy. I have a lot of digestive problems that I believe are connected to food sensitivities. These supplements not only help to digest foods but they are FODMAP diet friendly. You don’t see that claim very often.

I was given the opportunity to try a new product by Sports Research called Digestive Enzymes with Ginger they were capsules, didn't smell like ginger and they were easy to swallow. They contain probiotics and ginger and were to be taken a daily. My daughter who has stomach issues said these were better than what she currently is taking and would definitely purchase more from Sports Research

I had never actually heard of digestive enzymes before trying Sports Research digestive enzymes. I like the idea of getting the optimal benefits from my meals, so I wanted to try these. They are standard capsule size and no taste. So far I haven’t noticed much change but I haven’t had any negative reactions, and I didn’t have any major digestive issues previously, so I just have to assume it’s doing just what it’s supposed to do!

These work well and I noticed an improvement in digestion. Only complaint which goes for all digestive enzymes is the need to take with the meal, which is inconvenient.

I love this product! The pills are small so they are easy to swallow. I am usually not very regular, but after taking the Digestive Enzyme pills i have been more "regular". I use the restroom at the same time everyday and i feel less bloated. These pills have helped me out a lot. I would reccomend them to anyone who is having the same issues i was before taking the Digestive Enzyme pills

So far, this product has really helped me!! I've been taking it now for about 4 weeks, and I've noticed a significant different in my digestion. I pay a lot of attention to my digestive health, and this product is an excellent addition for me. I used to get some cramping and pain from indigestion, but since I have been taking this product, it's been less and less of an issue. I take one capsule before each meal as directed on the bottle. Also, the capsules are easy to digest and tasteless, so no aftertaste. I highly recommend!!

I had great hopes for these and was hoping they would help me with digestion. However they caused a lot of bloating for me and i had to stop taking them. They may work for you but they did not work for me unfortunately.
