    You have to wash it and thats the problem...

    Smells a bit off when new and the tag recommends you wash before use, which makes sense cause of the smell. Problem is, washing this blanket left lint all over my clothes in the load. As others have mentioned, it shrinks drastically. Like it shrank a foot on all sides. Blanket is also a bit itchy and stiff. I like the woven design and pattern, but not worth the other drawbacks.

    Cute, but shrinks!

    I bought two. They are a little scratchy when you get them (almost like burlap). I washed them to soften them up and they shrunk quite a bit. They’re more of a lap blanket now (4x4). The pattern and colors are super cute!
