Loving Tan Deluxe Bronzing Mousse - 4 fl oz - Ulta Beauty

I'm new to self-tanning and usually get spray tans, but tried this at home instead. I prepped 24 hours ahead, and it went on smoothly-no streaks! The ultra dark shade looks amazing, and I'm still tan 7 days later. Ultra dark is a beautiful color.

My best friend and I have used LT for years, (I prob go through 4 bottles a year), even before it was at Ulta. Great for skin with warm undertones, doesn't stain your clothes, and doesn't stink as bad as it used to back in the day lol. I apply it once a week in the summer (Thursday nights so I'm super tan on the weekend lol) and rinse it off in the shower the next morning. Use it 1/2x a month in the winter just to not look too pale. I use makeup brushes with it to contour tan my face and tint my eyebrows. A holy grail for sure.

I've used the "dark" bottle since 2021 and I don't doubt that the formula has been tweaked. While the color is pretty, it's more blotchy than I remember and it is SO DRYING. Every time I buy a bottle lately, I need to also buy 3 bottles of heavy moisturizer. I started getting little hives in my inner thighs as well that happened when I switched back. What did ya'll do to the perfect formula?

This tanner has the most beautiful color. I get so many compliments and people think I have a natural tan! I apply mine wearing disposable gloves and make sure I put lotion on all dry areas, hands and feet. If you are an experienced self tanner I highly recommend this. If it's your first time, just do your research and watch videos on how to apply it. And GET AN EXFOLIATING MITT to fix any patchy areas if you mess up or when it starts to fade. For the people saying it is hard to get off. Scrub it with an exfoliating mitt and it comes right off. Get the st tropez one, it's only like $9 and works amazingly. Love the color, looks super natural, and looks amazing if you apply it correctly. Only cons for me are the price and I wish the bottle was bigger.

This is an easy to use, natural looking self tanner. I like that you can easily see where it's been applied so you do not end up with any missed spots. The end result after the shower-off is a natural looking tan. You just need to follow the instructions for best results, which includes exfoliating, moisturizing, and using a mitt. To reviewers who say they had streaks, evidently they did not use a mitt, which is essential to having a good application. I like to shower and exfoliate the night before, use a good cream moisturizer before bed, and then apply in the morning so I can shower it off later the same day. It does dry pretty quickly so you can get dressed soon after applying, though I would not put on light colored garments.

I am currently writing this sitting in a pile of sweat, dread and agony. This stuff is impossible to take off. Not to mention it is EXTREMELY streaky. It is completely orange, no sweet dark caramel tan in sight that we all are looking for. It streaked all over my thighs and stomach. It stays on for exactly 3 days before becoming blotchy and embarrassing. When i first applied this tan i washed my hands 30 minutes after application. My hands STILL turned out a literal BRIGHT ORANGE color. I drove TWO hours to my closest Ulta to get this stuff because of all the hype around it. To spend almost triple what i usually pay for bondi sands and it turn out this terrible is so disappointing i could cry.

I used the medium and going on it looked really good, but by the time I went to rinse I was orange. I am very pale and it didnt seem to do too much other than make me a bit orange..

Ive been self tanning for years and I've used the loving tan 2 hour express in shade Dark in the past and LOVED it so i thought i would try the ultra dark in the deluxe. I slept in it (8ish hours)when it says wear for 6, the color is beautiful but once I rinsed and allowed the color to develop it tanned like a medium not "ultra dark" ended up going back to buying the tanologist 1 hour (wore for 2.5) in the Extra dark color and reapplyed for a MUCH darker tan that lasted MUCH longer.

I used the Dark shade in this tanning foam. The guide color is beautiful and the perfect shade. However, I waited 24 hours to shower (the bottle says to wait at least 6 hours) and after showering a day later all the color was gone. It's definitely not worth the price. Will be continuing to look for a better self tanner

This is the first self tanner I've tried, and I loveee it! I bought the shade Dark as I wanted a deeper tan. It's easy to use considering I'm a newbie, I used their LT mitt and a Real Techniques face brush for my face, hands, and feet for better application. I was worried that it might look streaky and orange on me, but the color is even and olive toned. It's gorgeous!

I am very pale and struggle to find tanner that doesnt make me orange or yellowish. This tanner in the medium shade gives the perfect tan glow that doesnt look harsh or fake. This tan also dries super fast

This tanner was so easy to apply, I loved the finished look. I got the dark and left it on over night then washed it off in the morning. It does have that typical tanner smell while developing and a chocolate smell whille applying but if that doesnt bother you its worth it. My only negative is that it is so drying, I'm a week out and i'm so dry.

I always use the two hour ultra dark so I tried this one for the first time and I am very disappointed, unfortunately. It is definitely not ultra dark :(

I love that this tan has a colour guide so you can see where its going. Rinse it off in 2-4 hours instead of 8. THE CATCH is that you have to WAIT 8hr for the tan to develop! What you see going down the drain ia the bronze guide. The tan takes time to develop after rinsing off. If you want a tan that you can see after rinsing off, try the 8hr mousse OR glowpro tans.

No matter how long I keep it developing on my skin, it completely washes off in the shower. This has been my least favorite self tan I have ever used. Do not recommend.

I really wanted to love this, but it just doesn’t work well. I’ve tried a lot of fake tan and decided to splurge on this because of the amazing reviews online, but it wasn’t impressive. The color when first applied is gorgeous. It’s like a red-ish base and doesn’t look orange or green. I left it on overnight but when i rinsed off in the morning all of the color came off and I barely had a tan at all. I will say the smell isn’t bad and didn’t make me smell weird either. Overall not worth it and I will be returning

I've heard so many good things about this product and I FINALLY tried it out. I get why a lot of people like it. I like how it feels once it dries down and doesn't rub off on my sheets (as much as other products). I like the color it gives me, too. I gave a 4 because sometimes it gets into leg pores and it looks like brown dots on my legs. It COULD be that I didn't prep my legs well those times. Anyways, I recommend you try!
