I have been using this eyeliner in roasted coffee for years. But I will not be buying it anymore. The last 2 I have purchased have barely lasted a month each. I see lots of other recent reviews with same complaint. Shame on you clinique for doing this. Very very disappointed.

This eyeliner goes on easily. It does not tug at the skin at all. The slate is a versatile color. I have purchased it several times and prefer over other prestige brands

This is a terrible product! It doesn't advance or retract properly. Such a waste of money. Clinique doesn't care about their customers at all or they would have done something about this years ago. These people are crooks!

I am so frustrated with this product. This is the second time that it stopped working and I was unable to twist it to get more product. I had just opened it! Customer service does not care. They won't help with a refund or anything because it's been more than 30 days. I see I'm not the only one that has dealt with this either. These people are crooks!

This is PERFECT for my VERY sensitive eyes!
I am 66 years old and have extremely sensitive eyes. I've tried so many eyeliners only to be disappointed time and time again. As a woman that has been wearing makeup since I was a teen, I've been very disheartened to realize that I may not be able to wear eye makeup again. I went to my AI app, and lo and behold, it recommended Clinique and it was right! I am so thankful for your products. My only regret is that I didn't find you sooner.

Rip off
I liked the eyeliner that came in my gift bag, so, decided to buy one. There isn't enough liner in that long stick to last a few weeks. I paid $28+tx for it....which i never do, but, liked how it didn't smudge. I took it back thinking something was wrong with the roll up feature. Nope, there's only about 1/8" of black liner. Definitely not worth the high cost.

Quickliner for Eyes & Eyelid - Definitely a Fan Favorite
Since my brown hair is going gray, the smoky brown color is perfect for me. Very easy to use this product - nice point on the pencil end and a great blending tool at the other end. I like to use as an eyeliner below the eye and the blending tool on the eye lid. It is just the right amount to make my eyes look a bit larger and goes well with my hair and eye color. So lightweight. you can take it anywhere - like you would mascara and lipstick. Highly recommend so, Clinique, do NOT discontinue this one!

Crumbled and wouldn't retract or advance
The product advanced but wouldn't contract to get the cap back on then completely broke off and crumbled when I tried to apply and wouldn't advance after that. This was all the first time I used it. Will definitely be returned.

Glides on easily
This eyeliner glides on smoothly without pulling the skin. I've tried other less expensive brands but the we're too dry for my 51 year old skin. My eyelid skin is not tight like it once was. Dryer pencils need more resistance to apply smoothly. I wish this liner had a sharper point. That is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5
