I first purchased the black honey after watching a viral tiktok. Im not a big fan of dramatic lip color, so this was a stretch for me. Its super cute, but personally only in the summer time (on me). Its more red then i was wanting. However, the pink honey is the perfect shade for me. It adds just the right amount of color back to my lips! I use this almost everyday. Wish it didn't cost so much, but will be getting again !

I’m on the fence. I love the color, it’s very buildable and pretty. However, it’s so drying that I have to use a gloss over it, or some kind of moisturizer under it.

I have 1 black honey and 3 pink honey lipsticks so I can have one of each at home, one pink in my purse, and one pink at work. When my lips are dry, I apply a moisturizing balm underneath and the color stays true. I love it!

I'd been seeing this all over instagram for months, and it looked like a sheer, hydrating, lightly pigmented balm on all the different people I'd seen use it online. I finally bought it and was very disappointed. The consistency feels sticky and tacky, like you actually have honey on your lips (not in a good way imo), and it's quite heavily pigmented if you do more than one swipe, or at least that's how it shows up on my lips. If I do one light layer over a lighter pink YSL lipstick it creates a kind of nice color, but overall I would say this isn't worth the money and was way overhyped

I love the shade of the black honey, however that's the only thing this product has going for it. I purchased this because I thought it'd be a great everyday shade I could use at work and swipe on after work when meeting up with friends. When I use this thougout the day at work the color does not last long, and is very drying. I normally don't have dry lips, I can wear long lasting lipsticks with no issue or cracks. However, this product will dry my lips so much that it's peeling before the end of my 8hr work day. Maybe I'm over applying? I will apply it to start my day. After my morning coffee, the middle will be non-existent, with the outer lining still subtly there. This happens a few times through out the day, so I reapply the middle area (typically 3 or 4 times while at work). Which, in turn leads to my lips peeling the in middle area. Not worth the hype or the cost. Also, it does have a crayon scent.

I wore this color way back in high school and have worn it off and on through put the years. Its a great sheer color to wear year round. I love that Clinique keeps this color. It's very hydrating, not sticky, light and easy to wear.

I had high hopes for this one with all the positive talk about this product. I love how it applies, love the pigment. I adore that it smells how lipstick used to. It's just so drying on your lips, I wish it was a bit more moisturizing
