I just received this today and set it up according to the instructions. When I power it on, and start walking, within seconds it starts to go back to __quote__0__quote__ in speed and stops and then displays the __quote__welcome__quote__ message. I can't get it to run longer than a few seconds.

Poor product
Worked well for less than a year. Now making a weird humming sound and won't go above 0.5mph and then shuts off after 10 seconds. Very dissapointed

I purchased this treadmill and absolutely loved it, however, within 3 weeks of using it the belt completely shifted. I used the owner manual to adjust the belt and that led to the treadmill not working at all once standing on it. Extremely disappointed.

Hard to adjust belt when the treadmill stops if no one is walking on it. It will not stay straight on the top and bottom. Seems to always be drifting to one side even if it is straight on the bottom or top.

I have been using this treadmill for a couple weeks. Pros- price, weight, smooth tread Cons- -step count is off which means distance walked is off -a little louder than I anticipated, but still easy to be on headphones for a call -I wish it would keep track for a full day, but if you turn off or even pause for too long, it restarts

I wish I had bought it sooner!
I used to have a walking station at work so I knew I would love it. I wish I didn't wait for a year working from home to buy it. I have so much more energy after a day of work when I move throughout the day. I wish it was smart so I could get stats etc. on my phone but can't really expect that for the price. It's quiet and solid, would recommend!

Don't Waste Your Money
Started off great. Lasted just a few months with minimal use. Customer service with Sunny Health & Fitness is lacking, we have been troubleshooting back and forth for over a month. Now they are saying it could possibly be the motor, and they will ship me one for $100. I don’t know how to install a motor, and there is a live wire that they said to be careful with. Funny how it stopped working right after the warranty ended. Wish I would have went with a better company. This was a huge waste!!

Totally satisfied with the purchase process, delivery, and operation of the device. It's quiet enough at 1.5 setting to continue my conference calls and video chats without creating background noise. Lightweight and easy to move in and out of position. Thus far zero quality related issues have occurred and the product functions well.
