Q: Is this trash can completely sealed? with NO vents? i need something that is 100% bug proof.

  • A: Hello, The trash can is not a bug proof trash can. The trash can does have a good seal around the lid and with proper care it can prevent bugs from entering the trash.

Doesn’t work no more

excited 😊 from beginning but after few months I replaced batteries 🪫 and doesn't work any more ! 😢 😞 😔! always cleaned with wipes very carefully! looks expensive but is cheap ! I'm sad 😔 & disappointed 😢

Doesn't work. Customer service doesn't anwer

I bought this and had it shipped to my house. Directions and set up is clear and quick. However the product is not touchless. It wouldn’t work and I had to open with my hand and only thenwould I hear the motor work. I called customer service during the weekday around 2 or 3 and it sent me to voicemail. They never returned my call so I returned in store. I won’t be purchasing from their brand again.
