I wish I could give this table a higher rating. My problem with it is that the extra wide gap looks a little odd, not to mention the metal is cheap, if you tap it with your foot it makes a cheap ping sound. it's hollow and should have a little weight to it. The wood top is beautiful and I really like it it's solid but only because there is a nother slab of wood glue to the top piece. they are about one inch thick each. Big box version is 5 times higher but it's one 3 inch slab and the metal is steel. With all that said, i will be keeping it and maybe putting some expanding foam inside the tubes to get rid of the ping sound and make it feel more substantial

Amazing quality and fit the bill for what I was looking for. Actually makes my living room feel more open and adds the perfect modern/rustic look. Solid material used and love the legs are more a pewter color than black.
