This is what it states. Over the door organizer. I like that it's painted white and metal. It holds up really well. Watch your measurements when purchasing; one of my cabinets I was going to use it for was not big enough for this. However, I did find another use for it and it's perfect. (Instead of my kitche, had to move the bathroom).
