MK-7

With Carlson I know I am getting quality and I appreciate that they have a low dose of the MK-7. I take it daily in my regiment for bone health. I would recommend this to everyone.

Not GMO & PUFA free

Would be nice to have a NON-GMO verified ingredients or even better to take the veg. oils (or poly unsaturated fatty acids) out of the vitamin all together.

Top quality

Carlson makes excellent quality supplements. K2-MK7 has a longer half-life than K2-MK4. Personally, I take both forms.
