Dont do it!!!
This is a piece of junk. Bottom half went together fine, top half did not. The screws on the top half would not even touch when trying to connect the shelves. After calling target.com twice, finally getting through to a manager they told me to take it back to the store, with a ticket number and they would return it for me. I couldn’t even fit it in my car so had to spend more time partially disassembling it to get it to fit in my car. Took it back to target store today and they could not return it. Finally spoke to someone else and they said they’d have to ship it back to target+ partner costway in order for me to get a refund. Left the shoe rack at the store, walked away with no receipt, no item, nothing after spending hours on the phone and in store trying to sort this out. Supposedly they will process the return, but I’ve never heard of such a situation in my life. I guess I’m out the money. Don’t waste your time!!!!

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. It seemed like good quality; however, nothing was labeled with which part was which even though the instructions indicated A, B, C, etc. We decided not even attempt to put it together. Will be returning.

Nothing fit together properly. I couldn’t even get it put together so it’s all in parts in the garage about to be trash because my return window expired and I have no way of asking questions for how to get it to work. So terrible product and terrible customer service (because of a lack of service) Even with my husband trying to manhandle it together and it wouldn’t go.

Nice unit
For the price, this is a nice sturdy shelving unit for shoes or sweaters. I liked that it was fairly easy to put together and has a nice metal frame. Plus you can space the shelves farther apart depending on your needs, but you just end up with less shelves. I'd buy again.

Horrible!
This is the biggest waste of money and time spent. The "shelves" are soft plastic and ripping as the screws are being installed with the allen wrench. The bottom "feet" stoppers do not fit. There is ZERO chance that this is going to hold anything heavier than a sandal for any length of time. Too much of a hassle to unassemble and ship back so I will just kiss this $50 goodbye.

This rack is made of a sturdy metal frame and has held up perfectly for me! Very easy to put together. Clear view of all shoes and the material is easy to wipe clean. I use it in my garage and it's the perfect size for me and saves space.I like that it is tall and fits plenty of shoes. Most that I looked at only fit three across but this one fits four pairs across! I have been looking for a shoe rack that holds a good amount of shoes and isn't 't slanted.I highly recommend it.

Good height but extremely flimsy
Height is very accommodating but the quality is poor. Very hard to pull the shelving to screw together, especially for a woman. I got the help of a man but two of the shelves that are nothing but plastic were pupped off. Very flimsy construction and nothing provided to be nail at least on the wall. I had to buy my own and pay to put it together, if I did not want the shelf and shoes to fall over me. Very poor choice. Needs to be reworked by manufacturer. I am sorry I have nothing good to say.
