This handmade area rug in cream features a single diamond motif made up of minimalist patterned brown lines across the front and a corresponding border on both ends for a designer look. The rectangular rug is made of 100% wool with a cotton backing and boasts a tufted, medium-pile construction for soft comfort underfoot.

Founded alongside her husband, Syd, the studio is known for Shea’s design of beautifully elevated spaces that encourage clients to surround themselves with the things and people they love. Beautiful wool rug. Detail is a lighter brown than pictured. Great neutral colors that will blend nicely with other shades. So far no issues with shedding.

Too much shedding

I love the feel and look of this rug… I really want to LOVE this rug but the constant shedding is preventing that. If I can’t find a solution fast I will need to get rid of it… I’m walking around like I have a cat with fibers all over my clothes and hair. The photos are of after the trying to rubber sweep some of he fibers off.

It's Alright

Okay, so I’m indifferent to this rug… I bought it because it’s a beautiful Moroccan style rug and for a great price. But it simply just didn’t work in my space. I found it to be too light for what I was looking for. Also, when opening it the rug shed quite a bit, but that’s nothing a little vacuuming couldn’t fix. In all, it’s not a bad rug, it just didn’t meet my expectations or my needs.
