Poor quality

I was delivered what was clearly a previous return. No original packaging or labels. Seams uneven around the border, seams coming undone at the zippers, spot of dye, just all around poor quality. Very disappointing. And now I have to pack it up, print a label, and take it to UPS to get my money back. Frustrating. Don’t recommend!

Ordered on line, after month an a half still nothing delivered. Called corporate they said issue is being processed. 2 months later no refund. Called again told me I should reach out to my credit card there was nothing they could do.

yes you can make the worst duvet cover

Didn't know you could make an awful duvet cover, but you can. It's not even a whole duvet cover. The front is what is shown, and the back is a sheet that is poorly sewn on. Perhaps they sewed on this sheet because the front is so uncomfortable, but the back sheet is also uncomfortable. I find it hard to believe it isn't 90% cotton. zipper is difficult to find. This was disappointing.

Itchy and not suitable with pets

The material is itchy and doesn’t seem to be getting as soft as my other threshold duvet cover. The two different textures of this cover is bothersome and if you have long haired dogs, it will stick to the underside material and very hard to keep hair and lint free. The zipper is a small skinny zipper that can sometimes get stuck.

Couldnt find the opening

I didn’t love this and it got returned the very next day. First off I couldn’t even find the opening to use it as a duvet cover. Second I was thinking it was a dark denim sort of color and come home to find out it is an outdated grey color.

Terrible!

This duvet set is so awful! The material is incredibly itchy & rough. Also, the Khaki color somehow appears purple-ish against my bed frame & creamy white walls. I took it off my bed after the first night of using it because it was so uncomfortable. So upset I can’t return it now!

Love the color and the look. Duvet insert doesn’t stay put very well. Due to this, when I was maneuvering it to get it to lay correctly on my bed, the tie inserts inside broke. Now the duvet insert is lose inside and the shape is all funky. Such a bummer because I loved the look and the color so much. Makes me weary to rebuy. For side reference I have a full size mattress and purchased the Full/Queen.

Oily Stain On A Never Opened Set.

Just purchased this item yesterday. Opened the package so I could wash it and noticed oily stains all over it. Opened the zipper and the residue was inside the duvey cover, so not just some accidental stain from being on a shelf. I had already opened the package in a way that it cannot be put back on. So I thought, whatever, I’ll try to wash it. Washed it and the oily residue didn’t come out at all. So disappointed with this purchase. You can see all the photos of what it looked like on outside and one photo taken from the inside where you can see the substance was. It’s obvious whatever it was ended up inside the duvey during manufacturing since it came zipped closed.
