Ignore the paid reviews and avoid this headset!
It's funny how all but one review is a promotional review; there's a reason for that. The sound quality and battery life are good, everything else is garbage. The three included earpieces have a "handle" that makes them uncomfortable (I ended up using an earpiece from my old Jabra set, as seen in the photo.) The power slider is only a suggestion as you have to toggle it several times before it turns on or off. The volume button (yes, button. Singular.) is finicky as well; one press turns the volume up and two presses turns it down - but good luck on that. Like the power button, it doesn't always register the presses. But the WORST part is the multifunction button (the MFB). It's a touch "button" (a capacitive switch that you only have to touch) that overcompensates for the two other under-performing buttons. I've disconnected so many calls brushing my hair behind my ear, or even just trying to adjust the volume and some part of my hand got a little too close. I've had this thing for nearly a month and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I can hear clearly and the person on the other end can hear me. It has a nice long battery life as well. I really like that I can use it in place of an ear bud to listen to music. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to be hands-free!

He enjoyed it a lot. he said that not only was the sleek design an upgrade from his previous one but the sound quality works great. He never had issues with other people hearing him and the device itself is very easy to maneuver.

Small but mighty

With other Bluetooth devices being in the headline I figured that this one wouldn't stand up to its competitors but boy was I wrong. I absolutely love this headset, It actually fits my ears way better than any other that I've tried. I have small ears so having that comfort of them not being loose fitting is all that I needed to win me over. I would definitely recommend this to any family and friends

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Motorola HK385 - Bluetooth Headset is pretty standard. Easy set up with your phones Bluetooth. It comes with different size ear pieces to fit to your ear properly and a charging cord. You can adjust the volume and turn on/off mute on the headset itself. The call quality isn't as good as using my phone or wired ear buds, but it's nice to be able to move freely while talking or listening to music.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try the Motorola HK385 - Bluetooth Headset and was not disappointed! First off it is very comfortable to wear and fits well in my ear thanks to ear hook and one ear tip so it really has a snug fit and doesn't feel like it'll fall off nor has it, it stays firmly in place, even while running! It connects easily to all my devices and I can easily take my calls by touching the button on the control. It has amazing sound quality that I am able to hear my calls crystal clear and I love that it has a 33 foot transmission range because I can walk away from my phone or take a call being in different part of the house and still have a great connection and sound quality. It has a seven hour talk time which is great because it can get me through all my meetings at work in a day before needing to be charged and if not using for work I don't have to worry about charging it constantly either because I can take quite a few calls with one charge. What I love about this headset when using it for work it has EasyPair technology so I can switch between two devices seamlessly which my old headset could not do so this definitely comes in handy for work. I also like that it is waterproof so I can use while working out or if outside in the rain I don't have to worry it'll get damaged or break. Overall I use this all the time for not just work but daily use too for talking to friends and family because I'm a big phone call gal so to me it's very high quality and I highly recommend it!

The charging doesn't last very long though specially if it's continously being used but it does charge quickly which is a plus. Decent Sound Quality and Comfort
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't often use a headset for phone conversations because I have my own small home office. But when I do, I generally use my Apple Airpods. The Motorola headset has one huge advantage. It is much more secure in my ears. My Airpods do tend to fall out, especially if I am doing something very active. The headset was extremely easy to set up. I had it connected to my iPhone in less than 30 seconds. The sound quality is good for phone conversations and listening to an audiobook, but I wouldn't recommend it for music. I plan to give this headset to my husband who will use it when he is outside doing yardwork and wants to listen to an audiobook and will also have the ability to take a work call if it should come in. It will also work well for him when he needs to step out of his office and wants the ability to take calls easily. The comfort is okay. The earpieces are all a little large for my ear, and the wrap-over piece is a bit hard, but I think it's something I'd get used to after wearing it for a while. I would recommend this to anyone who spends a lot of time on the phone and wants something that is very lightweight, secure, and easy to use.
