A: Hi Emily, Great question there and one I didn't have an answer to without testing it out. There actually is NOT a way to mute the microphone on the Work Buds through a button press. You have to mute the mic through the standard software method, like on the teams or zoom app. I do apologize about that, but definitely do not let that stop you from trying out the Work Buds, they're absolutely game changing for calls.
