HOMCOM 51" Faux Leather Rectangular Tufted Storage Ottoman - Bright Red

This ottoman has only a little bit of assembly required, four legs that you screw in yourself with four discs/washers to help keep the legs in place. Simple enough, except mine arrived without the discs included. I contacted Target and they said they could only email Aosom, so I contacted Aosom directly. Easy process- and I was reassured they would send me the disc pieces right away. Unfortunately, instead of the correct pieces, instead I received four legs to some completely different piece of furniture, not this ottoman. I contacted Aosom again and am waiting again for the discs to arrive. This item only needed to include the ottoman itself, four legs and fours discs, and yet somehow someone messed that up. I have a giant ottoman and box standing in the corner of my room for weeks now waiting to be assembled. I have a feeling I am going to have to borrow someone’s bigger vehicle so I will be able to return the whole thing back to Target. Which is SUCH a shame when it looks like these four discs are something that would fit into a padded envelope for the mail. Frustrating for sure.
