OK for the price
As far as this frame goes, I'd give it 3/5 stars. It does seem sturdy enough, but it definitely wobbles -- however, if you use it for its intended purpose, taking things in and out, then it's okay, and you barely notice it. But I notice it, and that's the difference. However, I was able to put about 20 shirts on top and about 10 pants on the bottom, and it doesn't creak or anything. However, I wasn't able to put in all screws, as some of the pole holes don't seem to align correctly. However, they aren't part of the clothes hanger, and so I left it as it was.

Looks good, bad quality
Setting it up as well as I could, it looks nice in the place that it’s at, but the major issues are the build quality. Though I get that it’s cheap, under $100, the welds were done so poorly that you could only get one or the other bolt in place as the holes didn't line up, the bolt locations in the wood panels cracked very easily, and the bag carrying the hardware spilled everywhere and wasn't even closed properly.

Flimsy not worth the money
This item is very flimsy and not stable. Also, the picture provides an illusion that the length of each rack would allow for visual view of items at the bottom of the rack and that is simply not the case.

Good enough
Looks good, easy to assemble. Not super sturdy (aka not for lots of heavy winter coats maybe) but works well enough. Good for a laundry room or extra bedroom for air drying items you can’t tumble dry.
