Quality is less than I expected

I would like to return or exchange this tree. I have one of your 6’5” trees that is very well made, beautiful. I love it. But it is too heavy for me to manage by myself. So I wanted to buy a smaller one. But the quality between the two doesn’t even come close. The larger one I have, has beautiful rubber needles. And it has needles on the branches all the way to the truck. The smaller tree has flimsy plastic fabric like needles that end half way back to the truck, so half of the tree branch is bare - no resemblance to a real tree. I am disheartened about the poor quality and the large freight charge for something I am not happy with.

Beautiful Trees

We bought this tree for Christmas 2026 after seeing our daughters tree while visiting in Texas which was 7/12 tall and how beautiful and real like it was. SO we just had to purchase one before leaving and having it here in NC after we got home. So we are looking forward to putting it up next year and I am sure will not be disappointed!

4 1/2 foot prelit tree

I am very happy with my purchase. I had been looking to downsize our tree. I bought a 4 1/2 foot prelit (colored and white lights) tree. You can set the lights to do different things. This is perfect for me, and just what I was looking for. The tree was delivered 4 days after purchasing!

Beautiful Real Looking Tree

I am completely dazzled by this absolutely beautiful real-looking Christmas Tree. I have purchased several artificial Christmas Trees in the past, BUT this tree from The National Tree Company surpasses every single one of those! The needles look very real as does the whole general appearance. Each one of my favorite decorations shines. I highly and unequivocally recommend this company!

Transition to artificial

We are getting older. Time to let go of loose needles flying everywhere, tree sap on hands, installation of lights--all of it. To the rescue is the National Tree Company. Your tree looks real as can be, and solves all the above issues. Thank you.

Precious Tree.

Tree is very pretty and full. I like that most of the branches are thick plastic. It is sturdy enough to hold heavy ornaments. I did put it on a small table to add a little extra height.
