I think I got a used one

the product itself is great. firm and does not tip over. I use it to sit up and read and it is just perfect. however when I received this, it was not wrapped in any kind of protective plastic, but just jammed into a shipping box and half the tag was torn off like someone had already had it and sent it back. there's also strange lines or imperfections or something in the material, I'm not sure? debating whether to spray it all down with Lysol or just send it back for a new one. but the product itself is great.

A little small and firm, but ok

It's ok. It's very firm, so hopefully it will soften up a bit over time. it's also smaller than I expected (smaller than another one I have), I should have paid attention to the dimensions. The fabric is nice and it's well made. Overall don't love it don't hate it.

I had an old one that I replaced and this one is so comfortable and well built. Very happy with this purchase. It is solidly built but not so firm that it is uncomfortable.
