Opened the sealed up tube and found the tomato paste inside was dark brown and super thick. It smells ok but doesnt look like regular tomato paste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for making so many different dishes. Easily add to meatloaf to add a little extra flavor, it's even great to add to chicken. We also added it to pasta sauce to thicken it up a little bit. Definitely worth trying.

This resealable pouch makes storage a breeze. Use what you need and then easily replace the cap and put in the fridge for next time. Full, robust tomato flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You always need tomato paste on hand- thickening up sauces and stews, adding to a recipe, or just giving a dish an extra little something. You can't add just a little bit of canned sauce, because what do you do with the rest of the can? And, the canned sauces always taste kind of tinny to me. This pouch is fantastic and it allows you to get just what you need and easily and safely store the rest for another use. My only complaint is that the cap is a bit difficult to wrangle. I love that this is organic and it tastes fantastic! I'll definitely buy more for me and for my budding chef of a daughter.

Tastes Great and Convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One thing I’ve learned about cooking, is that tomato paste is always a basic necessity to have on hand. But one thing that always drove me nuts, was that even if I only needed a small amount for a recipe, I’d have to discard about 3/4 of the rest of the can. the fact that all of my tomato paste was canned, just wasn’t ideal. When I got this tomato paste, I was thrilled that I’d be able to take whatever little portion from it that I wanted, then put the rest in the fridge for later use. The container is a breeze to dispense from, all it takes is a delicate squeeze, and you can plop some in your measuring spoon. The taste is really rich too. Some of my routine recipes have definitely tasted more upscale since using this. I absolutely love this stuff, and would definitely recommend for the cooks in the home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love that this tomato paste was in a tube form. It's really one of the great ideas that I have seen compared to a can. For us, it's helpful, because there are recipes we use that don't always require a full can of tomato paste and have always felt bad about throwing away the leftover because I couldn't use it in a recipe quickly enough. Being able to reseal this tube version is awesome, and convenient! Not to mention, it tastes really good. Our whole family enjoyed it.
