Destroyed Box

Box was quite literally bursting open when it arrived. She was slipping out through the top in the packaging. My Frankie on top quite literally crushed the box on her, and from first impressions her leg fin came out. Collectors please DO NOT buy these through Target, it’s not worth it.

the fact they shipped my doll with no protection, it arrived in worst condition than if i bought it from amazon. so far amazon and target have been the actual worst with this line of dolls. i paid for a non damaged item. i will be returning it for a full refund. would give 0 stars if i could

Shame on Target!

Arrived extremely damaged and with DIRT on them , I am so disappointed I should’ve ordered them from Amazon. I don’t want to spend any more money at target. Looks like they were kicked around the warehouse floor before being packaged with minimal protection. I’ve been a Monster Higb collector for 15 years and this is the first time I’ve ever received dolls in such a state.

Needs better packaging...

The doll is absolutely gorgeous and so well made <33!! Definitely get your hands on one Just a buyers beware, doll is thrown in a super tight shipping box which damages the outer box of the doll. Paper is all ripped and there’s a big red sticker on them that you can’t really take off bc it’s super sticky :/ I hope no one else has the same issue

Boxes came in damaged. Dented and tops and bottoms destroyed. There is also a sticker on the front that is hard to remove and leaves a residue. Not happy with my purchase.

Lagoona Blue is a beautiful doll! We’ve been collecting for several years now and love this new release; reminiscent of the originals. Definitely worth the purchase price! Packaging was a bit too small for the box and it was squeezed in there so the the box was smooshed but we were buying it to unbox so it was ok.
