My New Favorite Christmas Decoration
I purchased this Animated Heirloom Music Box because my husband wanted it. I thought it was nice, but wasn't planning to add it to our Christmas collection, When it arrived, I was stunned by how gorgeous it is. I could honestly stare at it all day. The images on the website simply do not do it justice. In fact, I love it so much that I jumped back on to purchase two more to give as gifts. Grab it while you can, you will not be disappointed.

Broken speaker
This worked right after I bought it and then stopped almost immediately. The speaker no longer works already. I’m so disappointed.

Mr. Christmas Animated 13" Heirloom Box
This arrived quickly, and was a great addition to my Christmas decorations. It was a little more dim than I was expecting, but still looked nice. However, it stopped working shortly after Christmas. I did use it daily from about 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., from around the middle of December to the first week of January, but I still expected it to last more than one season. Now, when it is plugged in and turned on, only the two lamppost lights turn on, nothing else. Disappointed.

Absolutely perfect! It’s small and compact. Music is lovely and can be as loud as you want. Great imagination on the artwork and mechanics of it all. Not heavy at all, very lightweight. Slightly smaller than you might think

Not as good as expected.
It looks nice but the inner workings are very noisy; so noisy you can hear the motor and the gears over the music. We have several Mr. Christmas products and this one is a disappointment.
