Misleading packaging
Product is not accurately depicted by the box art. There are no slots on the side of the baskets for hanging items. Sturdy enough and works as intended but don’t bother buying if you plan on hanging your loofa on it, or if you’re morally against false advertising.

If you use a loofah, DON'T BUY.
Hate this. I put it all together to realize the hanging part is not as advertised. What would I possibly do with this upside down triangle hole?? Like what would be the use. Beyond upset.

Crappy piece of junk
I wish I’d rather reviews I would not have gotten it prior but my mom wanted to get it for me for my birthday so I need one. It’s a piece of junk. It broke down within three weeks. Not worth $40 at all I don’t think I’ve been would pay five or $10 for it. Extreme poorly made I regret my dishes and now I have to get a new one maybe at bed Bath and beyond or somewhere the products that actually work or even Cracker Barrel. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Waste of Money and Time
Awful do not buy. There is no tension, no spring, nothing to keep it in place. The instructions tell you to make it too long for your height and then jam it in and twist. The jamming damaged the ceiling and the twisting only caused it to loosen. Don't waste your money.

New inconveniant basket design
I have bought this tension rod shower caddy three times in black. The first was maybe 2-3 years ago, it’s only fallen once or twice and I blame that on user error, it wasn’t tight enough. But I loved it so much I bought one for someone else. Now, again, I’ve bought a third, but the design is different on the baskets this time. I love to use bar soap bags and there isn’t a good place to hang it any longer. They’ve changed the convenient spot in each basket where you can hang things to a different shape and I’m not exactly sure what goes in it, but I much prefer the previous design. Other than that, I love these caddies ! (I recommend tilting your rod away, making it slightly taller than it “needs to be” and then pushing it back into place so that the rod has plenty of tension to stay put, I use my fist to get it back into the corner)

DO NOT BUY. I agree with the negative reviews. This organizer has fallen in my shower 3x now and I’ve had enough. I should have read the reviews before I spent the $ on it. Not worth the price. Temu probably sells better quality versions. DO NOT BUY. Would give zero stars if I could.

Poor basket production
Check the baskets before you buy. The one I purchased does not have the piece to hang anything. It was a little tricky to get the locking mechanism to engage, but was able to figure it out after a couple minutes. Otherwise looks nice and does the job.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews, they must not be installing it right. I’ve had this for about a year and a half and it hasn’t fallen down once or not held tension, and I have a lot of products on it. You definitely need to measure because this may not fit your shower and you may need to have someone stronger than you to push it back so it actually holds tension. This is such a great addition to my shower that doesn’t have shelves, definitely a need.

Don't buy!!
This thing has no tension rod. How does that make any sense???? It stood up for a while and then collapsed and I can't even get it to remotely stay together. I hate it. Save yourself
