Hutch is NOT attached!

Bad design. The upper set of shelves (what they call the "hutch") is *NOT* attached to the desk. It just sits on top. There are two holes where you can screw it to the wall. But EVERY home I've ever been in has baseboard molding, and the back legs are flush with the desk. So if you don't attach it to the wall, the shelf can easily shift backwards and come crashing down like a guillotine. If you trust the 2 screws to hold up the shelves, the shelf 'legs' just dangle awkwardly behind the desk, against the wall. To make it useable I screwed in some metal brackets to secure the shelves.

Would leave 0 stars if I could

It came quick. One of the massive side pieces inside was damaged. Like a deterioration of the paint. Costway packed it this way. I chatted but Target 1st level can’t help bec it’s Target Plus. First mistake, do not buy from 3rd party sellers on Target. I finally get to the dept that handles this over the phone the next day. Pointless. I can’t Tetris’s level repack everything bec it was packed just so. And it’s too heavy to take back by myself. So I have to either make multiple trips with the pieces to my target store, waiting in the customer service line every time or wait “14 business days” for the replacement piece. Meanwhile it’s a huge mess in my living room. They said Costway direct couldn’t help me. That was a lie, Brenda (who also laughed at me on the phone. Very professional). I’m still waiting for Costway to email me back but what a nightmare. Please do not buy anything from a third party seller on target and do not buy from Costway anywhere. Desk for my kid turned in to a nightmare with multiple calls, chats and still ZERO resolution.

Not worth it

I liked the color but didnt like that you have to bolt the top part to the wall and not the desk itself, I would feel safe if it was bolted to both the desk and the wall but that is not even an option

Just what I need

I bought this desk to put in my daughter's room. Being a 90 degree desk, t's a nice yet tight fit into the corner, fits right into her room. The roof is a nice touch, it allows for more storage. The quality is good and it was fairly simple to put together.

Good choice

I love this corner desk. Because my son’s room is not big enough to put a regular desk for him to do his homework. And he always fight with his brother about this is my space. This is your space. MG. I got headache Of this. This desk is stable. Easy to install. and high roof is a big plus to put more stuff in there. Even though still too early to use the laptop, but we like this shape for his small room. So we still go with it.

Corner Computer Desk Review

Overall I am very happy with the purchase! My only reason for not giving this item 5 stars, is that the top portion does not attach to the bottom half. It is completely separate, and we will have to find a way to attach it ourselves as this is unsafe.
