Cushions
This is a good piece. I love the way that it looks. Assembly was quick. The cushions even strap down to stay in place; however. The cushions are not super comfortable. They may soften overtime though.

Parts were mis assembled
The base of one chair is completely crooked. One side is at least 1" shorter than the other. They used the side of the ottoman one the left and a bench side on the right. It is IMPOSSIBLE to assemble. I've spent several hours trying to contact customer service, it rings then says call back later and disconnected

Great set for my small patio
Great looking set, solid cushions. I only wish separate cushions were available for purchase in case the stock cushions get weathered or damaged. I expect I’ll have to bring these in for the Chicago winter (wouldn’t expect do well in that type of weather)

Pretty cute
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product for free in order for an honest review. This set looks so chic and can go with any kind of patio. It was a but hard to assemble but nothing like ikea. The cushions were so comfortable that you could literally sleep on them. One thing that was a bit annoying for me was that the chairs are a bit long so you have to back yourself to have back support. The coffee table was a plus. It helps create an esthetic.

Ready for Outdoor All Year

Really beautiful set!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE this set! Like that it's like a bench, but also can be individual chairs and the middle piece cane be an ottoman or a side table. It's just pretty and flexible. Plus my daughter and I put it together pretty easily - just need the allen wrench. Thrilled to have this in front of our house. Not yet sure how it'll age outside.

I had a little bit of trouble assembling it at first, but my 15 year old daughter figured out what I was doing wrong and put it together herself.. Needless to say, She loves sitting outside with momma now!

It was easy to put together, and you can combine the pieces in multiple ways to fit your space or comfort needs. The fabric on the cushions is durable for outdoor exposure, and cushion covers are removable for washing. I appreciate that the seat cushions have velcro straps to keep them in place. The clean lines of this set elevate the space!

Outside furniture

Was really easy to put together. The pieces were numbered so it was easy to find the next pieces that go together. Very nice product. Have already recommended this to a friend. You can also rearrange it in different ways. Love this

I absolutely love the cushions on these chairs! They are soft and perfectly conform to you. The ottoman is great and can be used as an extension if you have more guests. The side panels are strong enough to support someone's back and the chairs don't slide on the ground. Great purchase!
