Color is orange, not natural wood color/stain.
Comes in 2 separate boxes. Looked like it was painted with an orange color once received and that it would come off easily. I expected a natural wood finish so returned the item.

Assembly sucks- screws strip out way easy
I’m giving 3 stars solely for the assembly process/fiasco. The first time I ordered these chairs, the screws stripped out incredibly easy. I ended up calling Target online to see if they could just send me new screws. They couldn’t, but they sent me a $20 for the headache and told me I could go look for them at a hardware store or return the chairs. My nearest Target is 45 minutes away and I drive a small sedan. I ended up taking the chairs back apart to put in the box, loaded them in my car (which was very difficult) and drove 45 minutes to the town with a Target, stopping at hardware stores along the way to look for these screws. With no luck, I ended up returning the chairs. I repurchased them because exchanging was not an option. With the second set of chairs, one of the screws stripped when I was finally tightening my rocking chairs after they were fully built. These screws strip out incredibly easy. Parts are also not labeled which makes the assembly process with some of them a guessing game. Once my chairs were fully built I do love them! Excited to spend evenings out on our front porch in them.

Beautiful chairs
These chairs are gorgeous, my husband put them together quickly and they're very high-quality. He used glue as well as the screws that were included to add extra strength. My only complaint is the back is straight, and I have to use a thin pillow for comfort.

First chair: No issues. Second chair: Stripped screw heads, very rough finish, pre-drilled holes not straight or large enough, joints VERY rough.

It's not comfortable what so ever.
Look on the chair I had to buy a gel seat cousin to be able to sit on this chair. I was hoping for something bigger that had more of an recline to the back of it. Can't find a big rocking chair anywhere but with the Amish. The rocking chair is cheap for a rocking chair so I guess I got what I paid for.

Very large for outdoor use.
Very time consuming to put together. Parts were not marked in any way as the intruction stated. Just loo at picture and hope you are putting together correctly. In fact I put the back ....backwards and now cannot change because I can no longer lossen the screws. Two large screws actually stripped at the end and could not get them in all the way & stuck now with two screws sticking out.! I am a senior citizen who has put many pieces of furniture together over the years, but this really required two people, and it needed large regular screws rather than forced to use the included "Allen Key"! There are way too many screws having to use this key that finally stripped the last two screws and I even jammed it into the palm of my hand injuring myself. Next time I will just go to a furniture store and find something already built. Paying money for something and then have all this labor involved has become rediculous.

This chair is pretty comfortable, but seat cushions make it better. It was relatively easy to assemble, but the assembly wrench they included is a time waster; I recommend a ratchet wrench and hex drive if you don't want to spend a lot of time in assembly. Also the screws that are included are pathetic and break easily, so hand torquing is the only way to keep from breaking them. On the positive side they are made of cedar and appear to be very weather resistant. I think they should last a long time.
