Libbey Orbita 16 Piece Tumbler and Rocks Glass Set

while I liked the design on the outside and the smooth interior, I have found the quality of the glass to be poor. Yes, they are strong. My issue is that I have a new dishwasher, use the recommended detergent, have a water softener and the dishwasher settings reflect the water hardness correctly. I use a rinse agent as recommended. My glasses are under 2 years old and look 30. The glasses are etching badly compared to another brand I have been using for 20 years. I will try to add images.

I love this set. It's interesting to look at and sturdy.

Orbita tumblers liven up my table settings, they add a very cool look to a casual occasion, and their appearance doesn’t fade over time.

Nice weight and pretty. Great for every day or a fancy table setting. Came packed nicely too.

Great for all sized hands. Enables a good grip. Customer Service beyond good. I had a broken glass in the shipment and was forwarded a whole new set immediately at no charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Libby Orbita Glass set comes with a total of 16 glasses. There are 8 Tall glasses and 8 smaller. I was impressed with the wide opening on the top of these tumbler and rocks set. I did not think it would be that wide. It allows easy pouring of any drink into the glass set. The design is not as nice as I had hoped for. It is a unique swirl pattern that looks better in the pictures online than in person. I like the portion size for this set and the amount it can hold. It can be used everyday. The glass thickness should hold up well. It cleans nicely in the dishwasher.

This set comes with 16 glasses total, 6 smaller tumblers and 6 tall glasses, while they are simple, they do have a beautiful pattern going around the whole glass, I describe it as a ripple or a beautiful wave pattern, these are great as a housewarming gift for people of all ages, or a special gift for yourself! I don't recommend little ones drinking out of these glasses since they are glass. The glasses are also nice and thick which reassures me that they will withstand multiple uses without chipping or cracking like others...very happy with these!

The tall glasses are perfect for the adults to serve the right amount and the smaller ones are great for kids. The etched design looks pretty and also helps to have a good grip when holding them. They clean easily and haven't chipped or cracked at all thus far. Overall we really like this set and the overall design of them.
