Would've been great except for WILDLY NEGLECTFUL packing

Once again, somebody at Target - or the manufacturer - packed this item with ZERO protection, rendering it completely useless. The minute I picked it up, I heard pieces rattling around. Extremely disappointing. I don't think I should even have to take the time to ship this back as a "return," frankly.
