Over 200 lbs... cannot recommend
I (230 lbs 6'3") can outline a few issues A- gass lift cylinder will not stay up. B- back bends so it is now a permanent recliner. C- head rest keeps popping off. I have the 'breathable' version. If you are 150 lbs (and short?) it might be a great chair. The specs say the chair supports 280 lbs... I am 50 lbs under that... so I cannot recommend.

Not Ergonomic
I work from home three days a week and this has been my daily driver at home for the past couple weeks. I've had to switch back to my old chair due to back, shoulder, and neck pain. Below are some of the issues I have with this chair and why I won't be using it anymore. I'm 5'11" tall and have a 30" inseam so a little longer in the torso. Armrests: These didn't adjust down far enough for me which caused shoulder and neck discomfort/pain so I removed them. Seat height: There was not enough vertical extension for my desk and couldn't get the correct posture so I replaced it with a third-party gas tube with more extension. Helped a little. Seat: There is no front to back adjustment. I had to sit as far back as possible for my back to touch the backrest. This resulted in pain points near my knees. My hips were also canted back due to the profile of the seat resulting in lower back discomfort/pain. Backrest: Not close enough to the seat and not vertical enough provides no support. I was constantly in a leaned back/slouched position which caused pain/discomfort. It is also very flimsy. Lumbar Support: This is barely noticable due to the construction of the backrest. I don't have the box so not sure if I can return this but it's not usable for me. There are not enought adjustments for this to be called an ergonomic chair. If you're looking for something to use occasionally it might work but I can't recommend this for a daily use office/task chair.

Office work is much more enjoyable.
Great price and has all the bells and whistles. The backrest reclines and you can lock it in. Just like a lazy boy recliner but for your office.

"You get what you pay for"
"You get what you pay for". I live by this in most other aspects, but I thought I would give this chair a try given MP past experiences. Typically from MP you get a pretty high quality product at a very competitive price point -- no frills or brand hype. Well in this case I should have known better. The ergonomics of this chair are clearly second rate. The lumbar support is a total joke. The chair back is "flimsy" in general and there is no way to stiffen it. Even in the locked position there is still a solid 3-4" of recline before it hits the stop which makes it very hard to sit and type in anywhere near proper position. Yes, the product was relatively cheap, but for something I spend so much time in every day... not worth the savings.
