excellent, but . . .
I appreciate how cleanly this skillet cooks and how well it retains heat. However, I wasn’t ready for the weight — it’s SO heavy to handle — and it doesn’t perform as stick-free as I expected from an enameled cast iron pan.

Tramontina skillet
The worst skillet I have ever owned. Everything sticks in it! What a waste of money. I cannot cook one thing in this skillet that doesn’t stick to the bottom and just ruins the whole meal!

Love how easy this is to use and CLEAN! Most cast iron skillets require heavy seasoning in order to keep food from sticking but found that the special coating used for these doesn't require the same seasoning. Clean up was wasy too, no need for extra soaking.

From the moment I open the package I was in love! The color is vibrant and compliments my kitchen perfectly. I’ve put it to the test a few times now and am very impressed. The food cools perfectly and cleanup is a breeze! I highly recommend this skillet! Perfect size for a full family meal or a couple of steaks for mom and dad! :)

Beautiful product
The pan looks beutiful and high quality. It heats evenly over medium flame with no need to use a higher setting. It worked great for sauteed vegies and fryed chicken, but fryed eggs got stock to the pan. Very easy to clean though. After making refryed beans the bottom became discolored. Like with anything, nothing is perfect and, as I become more familiar with its beaviors, I will learn to use it better.

Great Quality!
When I unboxed this product I was taken back by the quality and design. After using it, to cook a couple of meals, this cast iron pan became my go to for pretty much everything. Definitely going to recommend this product to my family and friends.

Awesom Skillet
I love to cook with traditional cast iron and this skillet does not dissapoint. I sauted some beef and on another night fried some fish. Great even heating and the enameled surface is like well seasoned cast iron right out of the box. Even better it is closer to a non stick coated pan with no sticking. Clean up was a breeze. Definately a great product. Bueatiful finish. Well made and should last for a long time.
