We also added the actives nutrients - Riboflavin, Zinc, Silicon to support the maintenance of healthy hair and boost shine.

from dry twig leafy 3g
Riboflavin 5mg
Zinc (from Zinc Citrate Dihydrate) 7mg
Silicon (from Colloidal Anhydrous Silica) 10mg
Biotin 1mg
Free from added: Gluten, dairy, lactose, nuts, yeast, egg, artificial colours & flavours, sugar & MSG.
Directions: Take 2 capsules per day with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Storage: Do not use if cap seal is broken. Store below 25°C in a dry place.
Warnings: Use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your medical practitioner. Multi-vitamins should not replace a balanced diet.

I am a 69 year-old female with thinning hair, which is typical of women as they age or men as well. Taking this seem to make my hair thicker. But it also promotes hair growth in other areas which is not always desirable. Overall, I'm pleased with the product.

I have a lot of hair loss due to medication to toxicity to my hair follicles. Nothing has worked so far until this product. I’ve only been using one month and I would say my hair loss is almost completely stopped. I will not stop taking this product. It is fantastic.

I ordered this product and received 2 bottles that had expired November 2023, so I returned them for a replacement. Replacement came also expired in November 2023! It's inconvenient to have to return items.

Ive taken these off and on for last couple years, not sure why I ever stop other than financial as I can truly tell a different when using, I have no hairs in my brush and my hair grows so much thicker. If money wasnt a factor, I would take these all year long! I alternate these with taking the Hair growth support vitamins, One in the AM, other in evening and that works for me.

I've been buying this for the last 2-3 years and love it. What I don't love is all the empty space in the bottles. I was consolidating and was able to fit 170 capsules into one 60 capsule size bottle! That's almost 3x. You can do better BondiBoost.

This is the BEST supplement for hair loss and growth that I have ever taken. I was taking a huge dose of Biotin and Silica every day, but my hair was still shedding due to stress and hormones. Enter Bondi Boost :) Not only did it stop my hair from shedding within a short time, but it also helped my hair grow back healthier. You won't believe how quickly these vitamins work! Within two months I could see less hair falling out when combing or brushing it. I used to get a very small handful of hair in my hands after I washed it then combed it. I would really give these a try, they actually work!

My hair is waist long and when I lose hair, it looks like a ton of it is falling out. I do have to remind myself that shedding is a part of long hair...it's just SCARY to say the least! I started taking these supplements and after one bottle, I saw less shedding. I still do shed quite a bit but not as much. But I do feel like it depends on where you are at your health & wellness and how much you take care of your hair. No tugging!
